1. Steel body: In SKYMECH, we use 8620/8630 alloy steel.
The carburizing process increases the hardness of the blade body to 48-52HRC, and we can even achieve 52-56HRC which greatly increased hardness and impact resistance.
2. Option:add tungsten carbide particles: The broken raw material tungsten carbide with double-grain structure has high wear resistance, and we only use the highest grade tungsten carbide as the raw material of the knife edge.
3. About bolt size: We have both imperial and metric threads that can be used by customers in various regions
As an additional option, adding carbide surfacing layers can make the blade have better wear resistance on more sandy land
